I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a Master's degree, and I work with adults navigating some of life's most challenging moments—anxiety, depression, Adult ADD/ADHD, trauma, grief, divorce, and relationship struggles among them. Whether you're processing past pain, managing a mood disorder, or working to strengthen your connection with a partner, I bring evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to meet you where you are. I also offer therapy for those seeking clarity during transitions. I see individuals and couples in both in-person and tele-health sessions, and I accept Kaiser Permanente, UnitedHealthcare, Tricare Select, First Choice Health, and Premera Blue Cross.
